A man who was shot multiple times in broad daylight has died in hospital of his wounds.
Witnesses say two men were arguing outside their vehicles Monday afternoon near Jasper Avenue when they heard shots.
Police say the victim was 33-years-old, but did not release his name. The shooter fled in a black SUV.
Homicide officers are investigating.
