Fancy a spot of tea? Take in the annual Mayor’s Garden Party in City Hall Park from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on June 25. Senior citizens are invited to join Red Deer Mayor Tara Veer for an afternoon of entertainment and refreshments. Refreshments reminiscent of Victorian garden parties will be served by hosts dressed to match the occasion. There will be live musical entertainment featuring Bruce Jacobson. Parking along Ross Street between 48th Avenue and 49th Avenue will be limited for the duration of the party.
