Guided by Kelsang Dema, a Kadampa Buddhist nun, a group takes part in a meditation class. Two more sessions will take place in September at the Riverside Meadows Community Centre at 6021 57th Ave. in Red Deer, on Sept. 14 and 28 at 7 p.m. People interested in reducing stress, developing inner peace and happiness, and resolving daily difficulties are encouraged to attend the introductory Buddhist classes.
