To close Michener Centre and move the 125 people left is a good thing.
I worked there for 30 years and some of them who moved out to group homes, I worked with them, and the difference with those clients was they came out of their shell, talking, laughing, showing what they wanted to do, also being very verbal.
It was like day and night.
