Motel 6 Red Deer has been named the best Canadian motel under that banner for 2011.
The Southpointe Common motel received the title Motel 6 Canada Franchise of the Year 2011 at Accor North America’s annual Motel 6/Studio 6 franchise and supplier conference in Mexico. Accor owns the Motel 6 brand, among others, while Realstar Hospitality holds the master franchise rights for the Motel 6 in Canada.

Motel 6 Red Deer’s ammenities include an on-site boardroom that seats eight people, and a larger meeting room that can seat up to 100 people at Westerner Park.
