A City of Red Deer Public Works Department crew lowers a new section of pipe into place on Ross Street’s north side this week. The project has temporarily eliminated parking and reduced traffic to a single lane near Gaetz Avenue until the end of this week. The work continues the replacement of area water mains begun last month.
