No example to set for our youth

Just a note to the gentleman in the red SUV that was parked in the fire lane at the south Walmart: no I am not the parking police, but as I told you, I hate ignorant people. Not only were you sitting in the fire lane with your teenager in the vehicle, you were blocking the fire exit. What a good example you are setting for the young person sitting beside you!

The message you sent was “I am above the law and who cares.” But god help if someone inconvenience you in any way; I am sure you will be the first to call for someone to help you.

If by chance you had someone who was disabled with you, you could have dropped them off and parked elsewhere, and picked them up when they came out, although I doubt that was the situation.

People please realize there is a reason for the fire lanes, handicapped parking etc. Just use common sense and remember who is with you, young people are easily influenced by what you do.
