Hats off to that young man, Derrick Callan for being willing to stand out in the bitter cold to raise attention to the need for change in our economic system.
This protest is part of the worldwide Occupy movement, which has spread to 1,000 towns and cities.

We live in a system:
• that says that it is OK for some folk to have more than one home, while there are some without any home;
• that says that it is OK for many of us to be too well fed, while others are hungry;
• that says that is it OK for folk who are all ready very well paid to get a million dollars in bonuses;
• that it is OK for some to be put in the hallways at the hospital because there are no beds in a ward.
The list could go on but this is enough to make my point.
A word to Derrick: I am with you in spirit but unable to be there physically.
