EDMONTON — One person is dead and several others have been taken to hospital in Edmonton after what police believe are a series of drug overdoses.
Police say they were called to a condominium complex in the city’s northwest shortly after 4 p.m. on Sunday.
The say they found six people who appeared to be suffering from overdoses.
Police confirm that one person is dead, while two others are in serious condition.
The other people have been stabilized.
Police say they don’t know what drug the people took.
