RDC’s Shane Parcels got off to a slow start at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association curling championships Wednesday.

PETERBOROUGH, Ont. — RDC’s Shane Parcels got off to a slow start at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association curling championships Wednesday.

Parcels dropped a 7-6 decision to Humber College of Etobicoke. Ont., and 8-5 to Fanshaw College of London, Ont.

Humber stole one in the ninth and two in the 10th to pull out the win while Fanshaw scored in the eighth and one in the ninth to win.
