Pen to paper to pay a big heartfelt thanks to Brad Christensen of Arrow Plumbing Service for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond for his customer.

We had a problem with our furnace one recent late night and we expected the technician to be not too happy with a late call.

To our surprise, in walks Jeremy, who was cheerful and very kind to us. We needed a part, which he drove back to the shop for. The roads were not in the best of shape.

They did not have the part in the shop, so he brought back portable heaters for us to use.

We only spoke to Brad over the phone and it took a few days to get the part. In the end, Brad drove to Calgary to pick up the part himself so we could have heat.

It’s a wonderful feeling to find a company and its owner who has the kindness in his heart to really care for his customer, and listen to them when they need his services.

Thank you Brad Christensen of Arrow Plumbing Services Ltd. and his technician Jeremy. You both have exceeded our expectations with your customer service.

A big thank you.
