Ponoka RCMP searching for missing boy, 15

Ponoka RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating a 15-year-old boy missing since Thursday.

Ponoka RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating a 15-year-old boy missing since Thursday.

Braden Chase Gunsch, who is also knows as Braden Steele, was last seen at about 9:30 p.m. on Thursday in Ponoka.

The boy is believed to be in Red Deer, Calgary or Leduc.

Gunsch is described as Caucasian, 1.8 metres tall (five feet, nine inches), 63 kg (140 pounds), with short blond hair and blue eyes. He may be wearing a black snowboard jacket and black high-top style shoes with blue laces.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Ponoka RCMP at 403-783-4471.
