The Lindsay Thurber Raiders took both ends of a Central Alberta High School Basketball League twin bill against the Sylvan Lake Lakers, winning the girls’ game 55-33 and the boys’ contest 86-64.
Amy Whitesell had 12 points and Rachel Bysterveld 10 for the LTCHS girls while Alex Donaghy had 12 points and Rachel Edge 11 for the Lakers.
In the boys’ game Kane Weik had 21 points and Spencer Klassen 14 for LTCHS and Kolt Bell and Logan Bittner 12 each for Sylvan Lake.
LTCHS will host their annual tournament, beginning today at 3:30 p.m.
