Amy Whitesell and Emma Newton each netted 10 points for the Lindsay Thurber Raiders in a 63-25 senior high girls basketball win Tuesday over the Sylvan Lake Lakers.
Alex Donaghy and Harper Elwood scored eight points apiece in a losing cause.
In senior boys action, Dallin Higham dropped in 21 points and Tyson Besgt added 14 as Lindsay Thurber rolled over Sylvan Lake 82-52.
Kyle Archibald and Tyson Maton each scored 11 for the Lakers.
Elsewhere, the Hunting Hills Lightning got 35 points from Joel Peterson and 20 from Sean Campbell in a 98-65 win over the Ponoka Broncs, who got 18 from Chandler McLaren and 14 from Brandt Seibel.
In the girls contest, Hunting Hills defeated Ponoka 47-23 as Abbey Busch drained 21 points.
