Both Lindsay Thurber Raiders teams will open play at 3:30 p.m. in their respective divisions of the annual LTCHS invitational senior basketball tournament Friday.
The Raiders face W.P. Wagner of Edmonton in girls’ action while on the boys’ side the Raiders meet Salisbury from Sherwood Park.
Other girls’ games Friday sees Leduc facing Lester B. Pearson of Calgary at 5:15 p.m., Sturgeon taking on Hunting Hills at 7 p.m. and Grande Prairie clashing with Calgary’s Bishop Carroll at 8:45 p.m.
On the boys’ side, Pearson meets Wagner at 5:15 p.m., Leduc and Hunting Hills clash at 7 p.m. and Grande Prairie and Bishop Carroll meet at 8:45 p.m.
The semifinals in both divisions go at noon and 1:45 p.m. with the girls’ final at 7 p.m., followed by the boys.
