City Parks department workers decorate the large spruce tree on City Hall Park’s northeast corner Tuesday.

The work is in preparation for the Biggest Christmas Tree Festival, the kickoff event to the Festival of Trees Tuesday, Nov. 22nd. The free event runs from 6:30-7:45 p.m. at the Old Court House.

If the temperature is -25 with windchill, the event will be cancelled.
