The Red Deer Renegade U14 tier 2 boys won silver in the Victoria Day Classic tournament in St. Albert during the weekend.
The Renegades placed first in their pool after a pair of 3-1 victories. Reece Lehman, Christopher Graham and Jayden McIntyre score in a win over Sherwood Park Phoenix and goaltender Jacob Hamilton was named player of the game.
Shelby Goedhart scored twice against the Edmonton South West Sting while Koltan Childs added a single and Graham won the player of the game.
The Renegades dropped a 2-0 decision to the host St. Albert Impact in the final where Childs was named player of the game.
