Renegades defeat St. Albert

The Red Deer Renegades overcame a 4-1 deficit in the final 20 minutes of the game to down the St. Albert Impact 6-4 in the U14 Tier II boys’ division of the Edmonton Interdistrict Youth Soccer Association play during the weekend.

Maurius Kritzinger had the only goal for Red Deer until Trevor Luymes’ penalty kick sparked the late outburst. Shelby Goedhart tallied twice and Hugo Jansen and Kritzinger once each to pull out the victory.
