Revenge beaten in Lethbridge

The Red Deer Sword Transport Revenge dropped a 13-8 decision to Lethbridge in their Rocky Mountain Junior B Tier II Lacrosse League season opener during the weekend.

LETHBRIDGE — The Red Deer Sword Transport Revenge dropped a 13-8 decision to Lethbridge in their Rocky Mountain Junior B Tier II Lacrosse League season opener during the weekend.

Colton Woytas had two goals and an assist for the Revenge while Brock Forbes had a goal and two helpers.

Karsten Banack had a pair of goals with singles added by Alex Randell, Kane Weik and Braden Krips. Sam Simenson was in goal.

The Revenge meet the Red Deer Renegades Friday at 8:30 p.m. at the Kinex.
