STRATHMORE — The Red Deer State Farm Revenge came from behind to edge the St. Albert Bizzerks 6-5 to win the U14A division at the Laurie Ruppe tournament during the weekend.
Mackenzie Lindholm led the team with five goals while Isabel St.Pierre added one. Alison Schlachter made some incredible saves in goal.
Earlier the Revenge beat the Strathmore Ice Fusion 7-5, the Bizzerks 6-5 and the South Calgary Starka 8-1.
Lindholm and Kaylee Domoney had two goals each against the Fusion with St.Pierre, Keesha Fairbrother and Shannel Holtz netting singles.
Lindholm had a hat-trick against the Bizzerks while Domoney added two and Janaya Garbe notched the game winning goal.
Domoney had four goals against the Starka with St.Pierre, Lindholm, Holtz and Garbe adding singles.
