Dear children and families of Central Alberta,
I want to thank all of you for the wonderful (and giant) letters that you wrote me at the recent Biggest Christmas Tree Festival and Parade on Nov. 22.
I am certain that all of the children in Central Alberta have been very good this year! I am currently making my list and checking it twice to make sure I have a special gift for all the nice boys and girls (and maybe for the parents and grandparents, too)!
It was so special to be a part of your parade and to see so many smiling faces in City Hall Park for the lighting of the Biggest Christmas Tree! Thank you for making me feel so very welcome!
I am looking forward to coming back to Central Alberta with the reindeer on Christmas Eve and filling all of your stockings! Until then, continue to be good, mind your parents and remember to be thankful for living in an amazing place like Central Alberta.
