Searchers have found the body of a second Alberta man who drowned when a canoe carrying four people upset in a northern river two weeks ago.

The body of Adam Roth, 19, has been recovered from the Clearwater River.

The body of Devon Rock, also 19, was pulled from the same river on Friday after an intense search involving several aircraft and boats.

The two men were reported missing May 31 by two people who had also been in the canoe when it tipped, but were able to swim to shore and call for help.

The search lasted several days and involved police, volunteers and rescue experts.
