DIDSBURY — Police in Alberta say they got a call from a woman claiming she’d shot her husband, and when they showed up they found a 68-year-old man dead.
A 60-year-old woman was apprehended at a rural home near Didsbury on Friday evening without incident.
RCMP Sgt. Tim Taniguchi says charges against the woman are likely, but he wouldn’t speculate on what they’ll be.
Investigators were still at the home on Saturday.
Didsbury is about 50 kilometres north of Calgary.
