I recently had the opportunity to fly internationally, beginning my trip at the Red Deer Airport.

Lineups were short, my bags were tagged to my destination in the U.S.A., transfer in Calgary and going through customs was quicker.
Upon return, my husband picked me up at the door of the airport and I was home in 15 minutes.
I saved parking fees at the Calgary airport, an overnight stay in a hotel due to an early-morning flight, and getting to Calgary airport without travelling Hwy 2.
