Lori Ouellette, marketing director of Central Alberta Women’s Outreach Society, left, and Alice Kolisnyk, deputy chief of the Red Deer Food Bank, show examples of mural pieces that can be bought at Parkland Mall. The first ever Shades of Ambition sees the two organizations teaming up with the Red Deer and District SPCA to raise funds and awareness for all three local charities. The fundraiser asks individuals to buy colour tiles that will then be added to the corresponding mural representing the charity of their choice. The tiles are $5 each and can be bought by the Parkland Mall food court until March 13.
