LETHBRIDGE, Alta. — A young man has been treated for minor injuries after an apparent abduction during a drug-related home invasion in Lethbridge, Alta.

Police in the southern Alberta city say Daniel Michael Cooke, who is 20, was located by officers and taken to hospital for treatment.

They have not released any details about where he was found.

Investigators think Cooke may have been grabbed by two men armed with guns who entered a home early yesterday morning.

Officers responded but there was no one in the residence when they arrived, although there were signs of a struggle.

Neighbours told police the men had ordered Cooke into a car before driving away.
