Marcus Neb, 6, uses the stationary spray guns at the Blue grass Sod Farm Central Spray and Play park downtown Monday afternoon. Unlike the town of Sylvan Lake, Red Deer has no plans to ban outdoor water usage, and many families made use of the park to cope with the warm temperatures.
