Grade 12 student Sydney Tough, 17, lifts a woodblock print on rag paper from its cutting at Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School.
Her original work and that of other international baccalaureate art students are on sale this week to raise money for donation to city Christmas charities.
Some prints can be customized with the patron‘s choice of colours and prices range from $5 to $60 for a poster-sized print.
A number of pottery bowls handmade by students from across the Red Deer Public district are also for sale.
The sale runs through today at 4 p.m.
