Red Deer’s municipal planing commission has approved the subdivision of five acres of undeveloped land in Sunnybrook South.
A total of 55 multi-family residential lots will result, as well as two public utility lots.
The affected parcel is west of 40th Avenue and north of Living Stones Church, with an existing access road to the church to be preserved and registered on title.
The Sunnybrook South neighbourhood is being developed by Melcor Developments Ltd.
