Sylvan Lake Seniors Lodge employees have ratified a new two-year collective agreement.
About 30 workers who provide housekeeping and dietary services will get wage increases totalling 4.5 per cent, plus a reduced probation period, accumulated sick time payment for retiring workers and increased shoe and work clothing allowances.
They are members of Local 301, Health Care and Service Employees of the Christian Labour Association of Canada.
