Sylvan Lake residents will have the chance to say what they feel are the most important community needs.
The Town of Sylvan Lake will send out Community Asset and Needs Assessment packages to each household by mid May so that people can give their input.
The survey will help the municipality to better identify strengths in the community, show assets in programming, emerging issues as well as address gaps in services.
People will be able to send their surveys back. For the first time, online access will be given as well.
HarGroup Management Consultants Inc. will look after this community needs assessment and report back to the town with the results.
