The Canadian Taxpayers Federation says the Progressive Conservatives have made spending promises equal to almost one-thousand dollars for every Albertan.
The watchdog group estimates the Tories’ promises for everything from new schools and health facilities to tax incentives amounts to 3.4 billion dollars.
It says the NDP is second with promises totalling almost two billion-dollars.
