Jessica Potts lifts a heavy ball of snow into position onto the shoulders of a snowman she built with her classmates Elyssa Lo, Carson Duchscher and Tom Seefried at Maryview Elementary School on Tuesday.
The students at the school were enjoying the warm sunny weather during their lunch break.
A high temperature of 5C was recorded in Red Deer Tuesday. Conditions today are forecast to be partly cloudy with a high of 3C.
