FORT MACLEOD — Police have arrested the teenage son of a 34-year-old woman who was found dead in her southern Alberta home.
RCMP say they were called to the home in Fort Macleod on Monday by someone who had reason to believe she had died.
Investigators took the woman’s 17-year-old son, who also lived in the home, into custody.
Charges have not yet been laid.
The Calgary medical examiner’s office will conduct an autopsy.
Police say names of the victim and the suspect will not be released.
