Thank goodness the “White Belters” from Ontario did not win the Tim Hortons Brier!
Had they won, the next Brier commentaries would be intolerable to listen to and watch, with a further proliferation of “look at us (or me)” vignettes, verbosity and games.
Luckily, without an ordaining win, there is now little chance that the T Hortons name will be changed to T Howards.
Congrats to Northern Ontario for winning the Brier and breaking up the old boys winning club of curling.
