Thanks for clothing bank support

It is with much regret that I write this letter to inform the citizens of Red Deer and surrounding area that the Red Deer Community Clothing Services otherwise know as the Red Deer Clothing Bank is closing after 51 years of operations.

It is with much regret that I write this letter to inform the citizens of Red Deer and surrounding area that the Red Deer Community Clothing Services otherwise know as the Red Deer Clothing Bank is closing after 51 years of operations.

The last day of operation will be June 26, or sooner if we run out of clothes.

I want to thank everyone for their support over the years and for their generous donations of clothes, bedding, and other household items. I would also like to give a very huge thank you to all the volunteers for the last 51 years. They have been the backbone of this operation.

Also, I wish to thank all the generous donors who donated items and money to our operation, and to the United Way for providing the funds for 47 years.

Again, a big thank you to everyone.

Ted Hayden
