I am sending this letter regarding the full front page picture and story in the Saturday, Aug. 15, Advocate (Love is love at first sight).
I am a longtime subscriber of the Advocate and there have been, over the years, a few front page articles that I did not think were worthy of being there. This one, I refer to though, took the cake!
It almost made me sick to my stomach.
I can’t believe that you thought this story was that exceptional as to be coloured, front page news.
There are many couples who get married every day.
It might be a more newsworthy front page story if it was about a happy wedding of a man and woman.
