Tickets for the annual Red Deer Community Sports Awards and Banquet are available at the Recreation Centre.
The banquet honours those individuals and groups who excel in their sport and those who volunteer in the community.
Olympic gold medalist, wrestler Carol Huynh of Calgary, will be the guest speaker.
The event will be held March 9 at the Sheraton Red Deer (former Capri Centre).
Tickets are $35 each. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m.
