Tips wanted to find missing man

Red Deer RCMP is requesting the public’s help in finding a man who has been missing since early December.

Police are looking for James Smaaslet

Red Deer RCMP is requesting the public’s help in finding a man who has been missing since early December.

James Smaaslet, 44, was last seen on Dec. 9 and relatives have not heard from him since early December. Police checks at various downtown locations that Smaaslet is known to frequent have turned up empty.

Smaaslet is described as aboriginal and 1.7 metres (five feet, seven inches) tall, with a slim build, brown eyes, thinning grey hair and grey facial hair.
