Two men accused of a home invasion in Red Deer on May 4 have pleaded not guilty and asked to be tried before a provincial court judge.
Alexander Talbot, 20, and Rodney David Irvine, 42, are accused of kicking in a door and stealing money and other goods from a person inside a home at 79th Street at 50th Ave at about 4:15 a.m.
The co-accused were arrested at the scene and remain in custody.
They are to return to court on Tuesday, when their lawyers will set a date for their trial.
