Peter Ker Ruach, one of nine people charged in an undercover drug operation conducted late last fall, will go to trial in January 2013.
Ruach, 34, was charged during an investigation into cocaine trafficking conducted in Red Deer from Nov. 28 through Dec. 4.
Held in custody since his arrest, Ruach made a brief appearance before Queen’s Bench Justice Kirk Sissons on Monday to set a trial date.
