Woody Paylor heads out on the ride portion of a triathlon training session with several young athletes following along on a rainy morning earlier this week. Over the past few months triathletes in Red Deer have been taking part in weekly training sessions to prepare for the Woody’s Triathlon Kids of Steel event which takes place Saturday. On Sunday, a sprint and relay event will be held for older athletes.
