VANCOUVER — Sammy Pahlsson has another chance to win the Stanley Cup.
The Vancouver Canucks acquired the two-way forward from the Columbus Blue Jackets for two fourth-round picks.
The 34-year-old Pahlsson had 11 points (2-9) in 61 games for Columbus this season.
Pahlsson won a gold medal with Sweden’s Olympic team in 2006 and was a key contributer to Anaheim’s Stanley Cup win the following year.
He is earning US$2.65 million and due to become an unrestricted free agent in the summer.
