It is good to see that knee and hip replacement wait times have been shortened in Alberta, according to a recent article in the Advocate.
I would wonder then why I was recently told that my needed back surgery will be a two-year wait, as many others find, mostly because the surgeons are limited in the number of hours they can operate (quoting from my doctor).
Is it any wonder that some Canadians are looking to other countries for treatment?
Elections bring up some wondrous statistics.
