Werrener lone winner for freestyle ski club

Meggy Warrener was the lone winner for the Central Alberta Freestyle Ski Club at the first provincial competition of the season at Castle Mountain during the weekend.

Meggy Warrener was the lone winner for the Central Alberta Freestyle Ski Club at the first provincial competition of the season at Castle Mountain during the weekend.

Warrener won the F4 big air title Sunday with Megan Cressey third and Lakoda Thomas fourth.

Warrener was fourth and Cressey fifth in moguls Saturday.

Brendan MacKay placed fifth in the M3 big air.

Nine members of the Central Alberta club will compete in the Alberta Winter Games this weekend.
