Char Andrew, wellness coordinator for the Red Deer Catholic School Division leads a group of students through a Zumba session Wednesday afternoon. To celebrate Health Week the staff and students at St. Martin De Porres Elementary School in Red Deer held a Health Fair and took part in six activities through the afternoon. The students made healthy yogurt parfait treats, learned about packing power lunches, the importance of proper hand washing, did a Just Dance DVD and took part in a yoga class.
