A Central Alberta man was sentenced to three years in jail after pleading guilty to committing sex offences against a minor.
On Aug. 18, Innisfail RCMP began investigating a case of sexual assault against an under-aged victim.
Nathan Kyle Pixley, of Caroline, was arrested and charged with a number of sexual offences.
On Monday, Pixley pled guilty in court to luring a child, as well as three other offences against a minor. He was sentenced to three years imprisonment, less the 225 days he spent in pre-trial custody.
He was order to have no contact with his victim.
