After being officially installed as the new Red Deer College president Joel Ward addresses the audience at the Arts Centre on Friday. Ward received welcomes from Student’s Association president Steven Kwasney, CUPE president Catherine Lilly, vice-chair, RDC board of governors Guy Pelletier, and faculty association president Sally Stuart before his installation by Herb Der, RDC board of governors chair. Ward takes over the position of RDC president from Ron Woodward.
