Notre Dame Cougars win Bantam IV league title

Off to the provincial final next weekend

The Notre Dame Cougars used a strong first half to roll to a victory in the Central Alberta Bantam League championship.

Carson Mazurkewich scored a pair of first-half touchdowns and Mason Howey added another in a 24-12 win over the Strathmore Badgers.

Neither team found the endzone in the second half of the contest.

The Cougars will move on to provincials next weekend.
