After a tumultuous season in the Alberta Junior Hockey League, the Olds Grizzlys have made a shift behind the bench.

The Grizzlys struggled in the first season after revamping their management team and ownership structure this summer and finished last in the AJHL south with an 18-37-5 record.

Head coach Adam Redmond, in her first year as bench boss, agreed to mutually part ways with the team and Doug Hergenhein has been removed as Head Scout and Director of Player Personnel.

Redmond was a former assistant with the Calgary Canucks organization. He also spent time as the head coach for the Midget AAA Buffaloes for five seasons and totaled 96 wins in the Alberta Midget Hockey League. Redmond was also an assistant with the Grizzlys ten years ago.

Joe Murphy, who served as an associate coach and assistant GM this season, has been named interim head coach.
